This is one of Elizabeth Degenhart's Colorful Pooches.  She made over 150 colors of these pooches.  This pooch is approx. 3 inches high and 2 3/8 inches across the widest part of the bottom.  It is signed on the side with the D inside a heart.  This pooch was produced in the 1970's, prior to Mrs Degenhart's death, when her mark could no longer be used.
