We are professional remarketers of computer, networking and industrial equipment.
We have a huge warehouse with pallet racks and forklifts.
We buy bankrupt lots, old models, service stock, leftover production runs, contents of closed facilities, lease returns.
We are not experts at any of this, in most cases all the information we have is in the ebay listing.
Please do your own research, in most cases Google knows way more then we do about the equipment were selling.
Items usually ship the day after payment has cleared.
We accept Paypal, it works and its convenient, tracking numbers are automatically emailed.

SOFTWARE:
Licensing and use of included software is always the responsibility of the buyer. We don't sell licenses or software. No part of the fixed, reserve, or Buy it Now price was calculated to reflect anything other than the value of the hardware listed in this auction. Any disputes arising from the use of this equipment and it's software if any are strictly between the user and the intellectual rights holder. You may have to resolve licensing issues with the software provider, we do not get involved in that. This means if you need licenses you might have to order them.
PICTURES:
We   nearly always use actual pictures of our items. If we have more of   something and are using a generic picture that will be stated in the picture caption.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
If you don't see a part, accessory, key, manual, cable, wire, cover, software disk, license or other item in the picture then that is not included. What you see is what you will get.
Please do not expect any items to be included that are not shown in the picture.  They're not included. If they were you would be able to see them.
We're not crazy, if there were something included that would increase the value of that item we'd have shown it and mentioned it.
Obvious defects will be disclosed in the auction listing if we know about it, we never conceal   defects. We usually include a picture of any defects if possible. Used items will often have scratches, scuffs, dings, dust or dirt. Please   expect these and they usually don't affect performance or usability. You might have to clean a used item you bought on eBay from us or anyone else.
Resellers:
If   you are a California reseller and have a California resellers permit and are reselling an item that's no problem, we sell to resellers every day and you do
NOT
need to ask permission from us to buy for resale. You must fax a signed California Resale Certificate form  BOE-230 to (714) 542-3145. Download the form from the California State Board of Equalization website. Please take the tax off your payment through PayPal by putting in a buyer discount in the amount of the automatically calculated tax at the   bottom of the form. If unable just go to your PayPal account and click the Send Money tab, put your payment through for the correct amount. If unable we will refund your tax within 5 days of receipt of your payment and signed resale certificate form. This only applies to California resellers, we do not charge California sales tax for any items shipped outside the state of California. Note that if you are an out of state buyer and opt to pick up your item at our Santa Ana, CA facility you will be charged sales tax. There is no way to avoid this since you are   not an out of state buyer under the law unless we ship to you by common carrier. It's the law. Please read the shipping section for information about cartons and shipping of interest to resellers.
Payment for all items must be received at our California facility within 2 days of the auction close. At 2 days if your payment has not been received the eBay Unpaid Item Assistant automatically opens an unpaid item case. In another 2 days the eBay Unpaid Item Assistant automatically closes that case. This all works automatically so please pay promptly so all this won't have to happen. It's not us; it's the eBay automatic system.
Pickups are welcome and you don't have to ask beforehand, just let us know by emailing through the eBay ask seller a question link or with the email link on the About ME page when you are coming. Please do not show up unexpected, we may not be able to find your item on short notice and we have to have our warehouse get it for us. Sometimes that cannot be done on short notice so please don't just show up.
Returns:
Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported in

days after item being received; otherwise, no return or refund will be allowed. Please fully inspect the item on arrival, if it is damaged by the shipping company take pictures of item and box and email them us. We DO NOT accept Returns for Non Defective Items. Damaged or defective merchandise will be refunded or replaced at Seller's discretion. Any non-DOA returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Returns must have all the original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
