Harry Lauder was Scottish music hall and vaudeville theatre singer and comedian. He
is perhaps best known for his hit: "I Love a Lassie". He starred in three British films:

(1929),
Auld Lang Syne
(1929) and
The End of the Road
(1936).
Born: 1870, Portobello, Edinburgh, Scotland; died: 1950, Strathaven, Lanarkshire, Scotland.
