Availability:
All items are available to the general public on the showroom floor and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. We reserve the right to end the listing if it has been purchased in our store. We will not end listings that have bids.  Although we try to promptly remove the items sold from e-bay as soon as it is sold from the floor, occasionally there could be a delay.
Condition of Merchandise and Terms:
Because we are a consignment store, the items are pre-owned, and therefore, normal signs of use can be present, which can include nicks, light rubs, or slight variations in color of wood or fabrics in addition to unrealized older repairs which were made before we received the item.  We do our best to point out any obvious flaws and, we are happy to answer any questions about and merchandise and provide additional pictures so that you are comfortable with your purchase.  We do not accept returns or cancellations on merchandise once it is shipped. All items are sold "as is" with no warranty

Payment:
Payment of items shall be received within 3 days of close of your commitment to purchase.  Florida residents are subject to 7% sales tax. If you have a Florida tax ID, please provide a copy prior to payment.

Return Policy: We do not offer returns.
Our hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
