This card was purchased in London, England, by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.  The postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this lovely old vintage De Reszke postcard is an art  portrait of a GORGEOUS Bulldog.  The dog is lightly embossed.  Below the portrait is the artist's signature.    On the back is some handwriting, an address in England and a 1936 postmark.
However, there is the following manufacturer's information:
"
THE BULLDOG:  It may not be generally known thagt the Bulldog was bred for the special puirpose of bull-baiting.  Hence the short nose, the open and side nostrils and fleshy upper lips.   The fore quarters are heavier and more powerful than the hind.   This is No. 14 of a series of 30 cards appearing in the larger packets of De Reszke Cigarettes and other Godfrey Phillips Associated brands."
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard. It was originally made in England circa 1935.  Aside from very few signs of wear as shown above,  this card  is still easy to see and appreciate!
