    Soviet Badge of Excellent KGB Border Guard, 2nd class, 1970s-80s issue.
    GUARANTEED 100% ORIGINAL piece awarded during the Soviet era – not a recent reissue or replica!
    Made in aluminum, enamels, and lacquer. The high quality of this award is characteristic of the Soviet Mint manufacture, noticeable better than production of most other Soviet badge making factories of the same period. The medallion measures approx. 39.5 mm in width. The reverse of the medallion shows mint mark of the Moscow Mint.
    The badge is in OUTSTANDING, excellent condition. Shows only storage age, no scratches, dings or other damage visible. The suspension device has a fully functional screw plate attachment.
    This can be a nice addition to a collection of Soviet KGB or law enforcement awards.
