Welch Allyn SureTemp Plus 692 Thermometer Kit Part # 01692-MC
This listing is for a Welch Allyn SureTemp 692 Thermometer Kit (01692-MC) which is the current electronic thermometry model from Welch Allyn. Item is in Very Good Condition and
includes both the oral probe and the rectal probe, 3 New Batteries Installed in device plus slot for Batteries are ready-to-go in the case, 2 boxes of probe covers; that's 50 total single use disposables,
owner manual / instruction booklet, and a rugged, padded made for military, carry case
. The U.S. Government purchased these at a discounted rate of 8.75 Each.
Each Thermometer has been calibrated. Please note the calibration history can be found on a Medical Device Label which is located inside of the back cover of the thermometer where the batteries are installed. Some may be a little dusty or look a little worn from being kept in the USAMMA Federal Storage Facility. However, these have very little to no use since they sat in storage and only had periodic calibration and/or device inspection performed to ensure compliance with FDA-CMS guidelines.

Shipping
A shipping and handling fee is charged on orders totaling less than before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.
No shipping and handling fee is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of or more before tax.
FedEx and USPS Priority Mail is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL Freight shipments.
Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied.
Iteleti only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US. Orders to international destinations, Alaska and Hawaii will not be processed unless the listing allows for it, and there will be shipping and handling fees. Iteleti does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Global Shipping Program
If a listing of ours uses the GSP then a domestic tracking number will be provided to the buyer. When the order is received in Pitney Bowes facility in Erlanger, Kentucky, any questions related to the status of an order with the Global Shipping Program can be directed to the eBay customer service line. Pitney Bowes is responsible for importing the order into the country of shipment and delivering the item to the buyer. An international tracking number will also be provided at that time by Pitney Bowes. Keep in mind that all appliances, devices, and items are designed for US voltage.

Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged).
Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
DO NOT return items with water damage to the packaging. Customers MUST send photos to [email removed by eBay] of the item and the damaged packaging in lieu of returning the item for a refund. Once images are received and Iteleti confirms the damage, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department online through eBay messaging. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm (CT).

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
You will not be able to cancel your order once it is placed. Once you receive the item, please contact the Iteleti customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and a shipping label. Please contact customer service through eBay messaging.
International Return Policy
At this time, all out of country orders whether using the eBay Sponsored Global Shipping Program or our own will be considered a final sale. That means No returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, if a buyer feels the need to return an item, they must pay for their own return shipping. Order defects will be handled on a case by case basis. In the event of a refund, the seller is only responsible for refunding the item price (USD) and all returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department through eBay messaging.
