Whale nail brush vintage Made in Germany blue plastic

Hello!
This is an kid's plastic nail brush, shaped as a blue whale with yellow bristles. It is unbranded, but was made in Germany, probably in the 1970s. It measures about 4 1/2" long, 1 5/8" tall and 1 1/4" wide.
This is a used item and will show moderate wear. Please check the photos for details.
