The Harrier was the worlds first successful short/vertical take-off and landing airplane and as such it gave the British military great flexibility in providing air support to its ground formations as the aircraft was capable of operating without a runway or improved airport facilities.
Models come unpainted. Some assembly may be required. Glue, paints, and supplies sold separately.
