A 14 day return is offered. The buyer must email the seller within 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery, for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Upon return, a inspection will be made to verify the item was not abused and the correct unit was sent back, then a refund will be issued.
If a return is agreed upon between the seller and buyer, the buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING cost.
